David Hayes, Founder and Director of Consilium Private Wealth, has over 30 years’ experience as a professional consultant and adviser. Since 2007 when he relocated to regional Victoria, David has provided financial planning advice to individuals and businesses across Gippsland and Melbourne. David works with clients to build and protect wealth, utilise tax-effective structures and available tax concessions, prepare for and enjoy their retirement and plan for business succession.

David lives on a beef farm with his partner Karen near Loch in South Gippsland. In his spare time, he enjoys sailing, scuba diving, reducing his golf handicap at the local golf course and broadening his knowledge of  farming.
